The illusion of employment

So you graduated somewhere and you were lucky to pass the fancy interviews with one of the most desirable companies in the world: Google, Amazon,  Ebay, Yahoo etc.

According to Bloomberg Businessweek,  the employee retention: at Amazon and Google is dismal

 

In Amazon  and Google, 50% of the employees last up to 1 year .There is no such thing as security.

Would you like to spend your life as an employee? This is by default the career choice of the 99% of the people. It seems now,  being en employee is just as risky as the other options of making a living
